How can I change keymappings on windows 10?

Hey guys,

 

I just bought a ThinkPad T460s, loving it so far, except for Lenovos choice of putting the Fn key on the far left corner, and CTRL next to it, instead of the way around. How can I change this?

Thanks

All ThinkPads should have a dedicated toggle to switch those two keys in the BIOS.
