Force Chrome to Open New Tab?

Hello! I want to be able to force Chrome to open EVERY link in a new tab. I know you can use Ctrl + left click or Middle Mouse click to do this, but it is not very convenient. Is there an Extension that you can recommend? Thank you so much. When you have a $250 CPU and at LEAST 4 GB of unused RAM, you are going to want to use more tabs! ;).

to make up for my misread, i remember hearing of Vivaldi browser.  I know its not chrome, but its a new browser made for those who desire customization.  Perhaps, give it a try?
