Password removal when login

baloonis

Greetings and excuse my newbie question.

Somehow I managed to make my hotmail email account an administrator for my PC and put myself through typing a password whenever I want to log in to Windows 10. How do I reverse that? I just want Windows to load without having to type a password.

Thanks.

Seek and you shall find.

Follow that cnet link, but when it asks for a password, just don't put one in and you are golden!

I followed the instructions on that cnet link but it still requires me to type a password to log in to Windows :( I also tried not putting in a password like boboman suggested but still nothing.

It worked, just had to shut down the PC after the change, not just restart it.
