I built my pc about 2-3 weeks ago and in 2 occassions when I just turned it on, I got a mild static(?), ground(?) when I accidentally touched the thumb screws of the windowed side panel of the case. That was the first time, just about 30 minutes ago, I turned it on again and touched the thumb screws, same thing, but this time, I heard a weird sound from the PSU when I turned it on. What do you guys think that causes this? My floor is tiled and the case is on top of the table. When there was still a ground, I tried touching the screw again but with rubber slippers on. Didn't get any shock.

If it helps, I used the silver screws (not colored black) that came with the psu itself.

The computer is working fine. It is connected to an AVR then to a power strip with surge protection.

Should I rebuild it again or what?

More than willing to provide pictures for the well being of my computer. Haha.

When the avr is plugged in, I could also feel some ground on the screws on the outside of the AVR.

My PSU is connected to a 1000W AVR that's connected to a power strip that has surge protector. I will try to find a different extension to plug my avr into. See if it changes anything.
