Computer restarts itself after exiting full screen apps

This problem started after I installed my new XFX r9 390.

 

Whenever I exit a full screen game, my computer just shuts down and then restarts itself. It doesn't matter whether I alt+tabbed, alt+f4'd, or just chose "exit game" from the in game menu, my computer restarts itself. My graphics drivers are up to date. Specs are in my signature. Thanks

 

EDIT: the problem appeared to be fixed, but it's not. Any ideas?
