Need help PC boot!

So long story short my PC is annoying the crap out of me i have disabled the boot from PS/2 keyboard PCI/PCI-E and all other options Fast boot and anything in the damn UEFI and every damn time when it shuts down if i press any button on the keyboard and it keeps on booting its annoying as hell .

But that way wont i lose the overclock?

i will try this but any other solutions before i go that way ? something that wont require of me to toy with the overclock again for hour again?

i think if you save it within the bios you should be able to load it after the cmos clear.

of course if your motherboard has that option.

Well wait for other people to respond but while you wait, go through the BIOS settings again and check whether there's anything that should be checked but isn't and vice versa.

i think i need to clarify the motherboard its a Z170-p

I believe there's an option in Windows for this, in the power options.

It may or may not do what you want, but I suppose it's worth a shot.

Fixed it! It turns out windows 10 is  a damn troll and the default settings dont truly turn off your system so you have to disable  something called "fast boot "but that's from the windows not the bios so yea sorry for wasting your time ALL HAIL WINDOWS BULLSHIT!
