youll need a better CPU buddy, depending on that games you play thats gonna set you back paired with that card

alright man try playing gta and stuff like that with that setup  just becase it wont on paper doesn't mean it wont when you actually use it, i was told that same thing with my first build upgrade and i ended up having to get a new gpu becase it bottlenecked all the game i wanted to play

lets hope he wont be playing CPU intensive games or streaming of any kind and then yes he'll be fine, but yeah cs go, the culling games like that should run fine

Why would you get a R9 380 with that CPU? You should wait for the new GPUS to come out first of all, then look at getting a slightly less expensive GPU and a better CPU, because with that CPU you are gonna have a bad time in most games (AAA especially).

Well with that motherboard wont i have room for an upgrade in time this is my first ever build and at the top of my budget i dont even have a right monitor ill be using a panosonic tv its a start

The thing is, you don't want to upgrade a CPU, you want a good CPU so you can make room for GPU upgrades in this case.

I would wait for Polaris and Pascal to get released fully and then look at your options, you may be able to get current gen graphics cards for much cheaper as well.

Probably, I would look at a i3 or i5 for gaming it would perform a lot better. Hexa core=not good for gaming.

Looking to stick with team red for now man im trying to keep costs down. As i said this the top of my budget building PCs in ireland is awkward as hell

You can get a i3 the same cost a Anthlon or FX.

Yup, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpus,3986.html I would check out this guide and more cores doesn't always mean better.

yes but the i3 shows up as a quad core in game, so the games that dont allow dual cores to run on (far cry 4) you can still run because it thinks the I3 is a quad core
