Windows 7 Startup loop on Hackintosh

I recently brought a hackintosh in the hopes that i could dual boot it with windows 7, how ever when i try plug in and boot up to my windows 7 HDD I Get a loop which it goes to the "Startup windows Normally Screen" I click that then it restarts and goes back to that screen and Ideas on this issue.
