Help with Skrill

Is anyone here familiar with Skrill? I have problem with Security app that is connected with my Skrill account. Accidently, i have deleted the Google Security app on my phone which was linked to my Skrill account and now i don't know how to unlink it manually or actually connect it again to my phone. I have no access to my account since it asks me for the security token (which i can't get on my phone).. I contacted Skrill support (which takes ages to respond) and i have told them what is problem and finally when they responded i have been asked to write a request and sign it with my name so they can change my email adress from my current to another one (which makes no sense since email has nothing to do with my problem). Anyone had problem with this? If yes, please answer how You resolved it..?? It sucks because i got some cash on Skrill for a new PC and not it is kinda "locked".. English is not my native language so if You haven't understood then check the attachment and probably You should know what i am talking about.
