hello, i have a doubt, acctually i have  a FX-6100@4.2Ghz, 2x2Gb f3-12800cl8d-4gbtd and a m5a99x, and  i have the oportunity to sell them and  buy another kit of ram, to be exactly this one KHX1600C10D3B1/8G, its a good idea?, to be in mind that  the  gskill are Cl8 and the  kingston  are Cl10.  Another thing to consider is that  i haved changed all parts of my pc, less the ram,  and  always felt kinda laggy. Changing the ram will solve this problem? Thanks, and sorry for the bad english, im out of practice :P

Unless you are jumping from like 1 or 2 gigs of RAM to 8, RAM probably isn't why it feels laggy.

ok. and about the cl8 to cl10 any diference noticeable?

CL stands for cas latency. The lower the number, the less lag. You won't notice much of a difference though.

Could exist some rare incompatibility issues whith that gskill model and amd cpu?

It works fine.

If you feel your system is slow, getting a ssd should be your best bet.

It sounds like you're just shooting randomly to figure out what is wrong. Why don't you just post your spec list and ask what would be a good upgrade?

Look at your ram usage that will.tell.you

But I would go with the new 8gb kit it faster ram but skower timing so be about the same u will just have more space

Also change ram might show your old ram had some problems

thats what im talking about, what if the  gskill was an epic fail from the beginnin? i'd tested them whith memtest  and  not error but could be failing in some point.
