Reasonable deal on PC, thoughts?

Hey guys, I am not a noob when it comes to PCs but i wanted to get a second opinion from you guys.

 

I just found a reasonable deal on a pc (sadly its prebuilt tho) here are the specs;

 

Intel Core i5 4690

ASUS Strix GTX 960 4gb

16gb Corsair DDR3 1600MHZ

Gigabyte H97 LGA 1150 mobo

120gb ssd

1tb sata 3 HDD

Corsair Carbide SPEC ALPHA (Black and red)

Game max 800w modular PSU 80 plus bronze efficiency 

All on a 240mm solid loop

Considering its in AUD thats a steal. That or Australlia just has much better deals than NA
