Budget & Location

As the title states, the budget is €1000,- 

Location: The Netherlands

 

Aim

The aim of the PC is to use it for video editing, watching movies and probably some playing some games too. The main use is video editing

 

Peripherals

If there is any advice for a monitor and perhaps keyboard would be nice to have.

get X99 board with 5820K or 6820K and like an R9 380

get a big ass 27" 1440p or 30" 4K monitor

rest of the parts would be RAM - get the cheapest DDR4 that runs at 2400MHz or higher, get Seasonic Platinum Fanless 520 for PSU and like some storage that fits your budget and needs

You'll benefit from a beefy CPU for video editing and rendering times with a better GPU are marginally better, as shown by linus in this video.

There is not really that much room. Also, why the 4 RAM? Why not 2 cards?

 

I don't know about this motherboard bust most high end ones have quad channel support, which is essentially translates into more ram sticks, more speed (although caps at four ram sticks :P )

Also what programs is you/ he/ she using? Since certain programmes benefit from some different hardware than others. I.E the program ''Maya'' benefit more from having an amd gpu than anything else.
