800$ CS:GO MACHINE

I have a 1500$ budget, but Im looking to spend 700$ on mods/peripheals/monitor. Can you help me to figure out a pc that could run cs:go 300+ fps on max settings and gta v on max at around 60?

I would wait for the new gtx 10X0, or the AMD equivalent, they can apparantly get 200 FPS in the new doom, so you will atleast be CPU bound then

Prices on old cards will probably also go down, and its only a few weeks to wait

Lower mouse latency, because the monitor doesnt have to wait for new frames as long as for example 60 FPS or 200FPS

And no, G-sync isnt a solution to this problem, but comes pretty close to solving it by syncronicing the frames to the monitor almost perfectly
