Expresscache conversion

I have a laptop using Expresscache. The problem is it only uses 800 mb out of 24 gb and I have tried to install all new drivers. Therefore, I would like to know if I can use this m.2 SSD to normal storage and may instead install Windows 10 on it? If I can, how do I do this?
My laptop is an Asus K55LB
It has a m.2 SSD of 24 GB and 1 TB HHD
