you have a micro-atx board, but an ATX case. it will look weird. so either get an ATX mobo or a MicroATX case.

 

Personally I like the Be Quiet Pure Rock MUCH better than the Hyper 212. it has slightly better preformance but the fan is completely silent and the whole thing looks SO much better. - but for some reason its $50 right now.. its normally $35 or so. so scratch that.

 

other than that maybe you'll want to grab a 1070 instead of a 980ti? if you still want the 980ti you should wait just a bit because they'll drop even lower than that.
