Ethernet Connection Problem

Hi, so my internet has been cutting out and getting really lately, which is on I get about 320dl and 32up and on the router page I can test the router and the broadband service is fine and wifi connection is fine according to the diagnostics, but when Ethernet connection test is done there is a problem with that ? any ideas on what could be the problem ?

I have already had 2 engineer's out

Cable could be bad, I had issues like that. Could be a defective router or a defective on the PC side. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
