My GTX960 overheats all the time.

My GTX960 is having issues for some unknown reason. It just overheats when under almost no stress at all. I don't understand why this would be as i can also hear the fans. Any help welcome.

were did you buy it? was it used?  have you taken the cooler off or tampered with the cooler? Do the fans spin under load? also what do your temps look like?

It was bought just from a local tech guy whom i have known for years and trust. I have not tampered with it in any way. Its worked great until the last week or so.
