I am hoping there is a program out there that has what I want.

So I tend to do things more if I am constantly reminded and can see charts/progress/data.

Wasn't sure if you recommend any programs that help with workout routines, that can track times, BMI, and other muscular stuff...

THIS IS MY SUPER TEENY TINY SIGNATURE!

Ain't it just the cutest little signature.

Some would argue it is the cutest little signature ever.

It's going to sound really old fashion but paper and pencil are great. Non of the apps I've used do I really like.
Honestly just updating a memo every week on weight and rep increases and body weight decreases work best for me. I think getting into a rhythm is better than a reminder.

There are plenty of websites that offer this kind of stuff. I know there's Fitocracy and MyFitnessPal. Those are the two that come off at the top of my head. Fitocracy is more entertaining and more "rewarding". You get levels or something for sticking to your routine. Haven't used it personally. Only heard from friends.
