Asus M3A-H/HDMI Problem

Hello, i have problem with my asus m3a-h/hdmi, ihave amd phenom 9550 (also tried amd athlon 64) cpu, corsair vs650 psu, amd r9 270 (also tried Integrated), tried 2x1gb kingston kvr 800mhz and also 2x2gb hynix 555mhz rams. when trying to boot no picture on monitor and no numlock only no signal and fans spinning also chipset heat sinks heating, 4pin cpu power feels little loose. one time i managed to get singal but i saw only green lines on top.
