What is your CPU and chipset, OR what your Intel integrated graphic model.
Sounds to me that your Intel integrated graphics can't handle the OpenGL shading calls. Basically, your Intel integrated graphics is not fully OpenGL 3.2 compliant.
OpenGL 3.2 was released in 2009. If your Intel integrated graphics was released at or before 2009, its not compliant (might also explain your sucky Vista experience)
