What is your CPU and chipset, OR what your Intel integrated graphic model.

Sounds to me that your Intel integrated graphics can't handle the OpenGL shading calls. Basically, your Intel integrated graphics is not fully OpenGL 3.2 compliant.

OpenGL 3.2 was released in 2009. If your Intel integrated graphics was released at or before 2009, its not compliant (might also explain your sucky Vista experience)

Ok so i'm new here so i don't know if this is the right place to post this. I'm curious about opengl i downloaded a program that wont run because it says it requires opengl 3.2, can someone please help me with this all i have been able to find out is that it is used as a graphics rendering software but i have no clue how to get it and run it.

You didn't answer the questions he asked... He needs to know more info to help. :)

Okay I'll keep it relativley short openGL (Open Graphics Library) is just away many different programs draw things on your screen (as you said it renders graphics). It works across many different programming langues and plaforms. DirectX is another such system, however where DirectX is only supported by Windows, OpenGL is used as the primary form of graphics rendering on Linux and Mac OS and it is even compatible with Windows. The advantages of OpenGL is primarily that it is open source, it is cross platform and a few other more technical reasons several of which primarily concern developers. DirectX is more highly supported than OpenGL and has a bigger install base than OpenGL. If you are running Windows your problem is simply that you need to download and install OpenGl drivers for Windows. You can check out this site OpenGL- Getting Started for more info.
