Asus VG248QE Monitor Settings

Hi, I litteraly just got this monitor, have plugged it in, and changed it to 144HZ, I feel like I should change some other settings to though, what might that be?  

If you have this monitor please leave me some recommendations below, I would like to optimize this monitor for CS:GO, thank you for your time.
