Ifttt button

I want to create an internal website (eg http://button/) that houses a button and some text, when that button is pressed, using ifttt it then triggers my dlink smart plug (which is ifttt compatible) to turn it off, wait 5 seconds and turn it back on, is this possible? 

 

Edit: if so what trigger application can I use
