Hi all

I need to host a web server for my Arma 3 admin control panel. All it needs to do is receive data from the MySQL Databse. The control panel I'm using has an installer so connecting to the database and setting up isn't a problem I just need to know how I can "copy the installer files onto a web server and navigate to them using your browser, the installation page should pop up"

I understand you can get free hosing but how can I do it myself without using Linux, just a file server
