i want buy cpu second hand without fan heatstik and cpu name is with 95 watt i don know what fan this because i search in page pcpartpicker and i don know what is Rpm intel q9550

The 2348 doesn't exist from what I see (Don't worry about your English, there are some Americans with worse English then that. :P ) 

Will the CPU be the only upgrade in the system? If you have a graphics card in there, another fan is a good idea. 

Also, I might hold off on the motherboard and CPU cooler. Dell cases are not always standard and require lots of modification to fit standard parts.

Actually Bro is ddr ram and old look like win 1988 for this reason I want change anything inside and graphic should be 2gb at radon HD

A new case might be a good idea then... even a cheap one. Try the motherboard first though. Save the money if you can.

Actually I want buy board second and cheap I mean lha 775 with 35 euro or low up and all part think costs 150-200 euro with new case
