Hey guys i want to build a computer that's main function is to service 3 monitors in seprate locations. I want to be able to acess my computer from whereever i am in my house. I need to know what is the best way to go about this. I want to be able to use all 3 monitors for seprate things, at the same time. 1 monitor would be mostly for streaming, and light internet use. The monitor in my livingroom would be streaming and light internet use again. The main monitor would be used for computing, gaming, programming, and anything else. I have already selected a cpu: Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W BX80648I75820K Desktop Processor and i am pretty sure ill be going with ASUS ROG RAMPAGE V EXTREME/U3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Gaming Motherboard. Now i just need to know what graphics card to get, how much ram ill need and how to set up the system that controls these stations.

so.. have you considered cutting off a few hundred bucks from the main rig's price and just get two NUCs or similar for the other position. the money you'd spend on wiring it all up would probably more than pay back for the NUCs.

i understand what you're trying to achieve, but i'm here to tell you that its not worth the troubles.

EDIT: from experience, i should add.
