High RAM usage?

I have no idea how to fix this at all. I've tried doing the registry edits and nothing seems to be working. I have 16GB of RAM and for some reason it keeps using 14GB of RAM when it should 2GB.

GAMING RIG:

CPU: i9-14900k

MOBO: Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX

RAM: 64GB G.Skill Ripjaws S5 @ 6000MHz

GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC ICE 16GB 9070XT

STORAGE: Crucial 1TB NVME (Boot Drive) / 2TB Crucial NVME / 4TB 990 EVO Pro NVME SSD

CASE: Dimas Tech EasyBench V3.0

Done that. It's a memory leak but don't know how to fix.
