Did they require invoice or anything?

I think I sent them a screenshot of it from newegg and then emailed a photo I took of the crack.

I wanted new fan clips for my tc14pe so I could add triple 140mm thermaltake riings. Imagine how nice that would look :D Anyways, I Phanteks customer support email on their site for north America, just wondering how is their customer service?

When I got my Enthoo Pro there was a big crack in the smaller window. I emailed Phanteks customer support on a Wednesday and I had my new window by Monday. So I'd rate their customer support as excellent.

Mind adding that to the warranty thread in my signature?

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

I had a post for my front panel busted off when I got my Enthoo Pro. A few emails back and forth, some pics, and 3 business days later, I had a new front panel free of charge.
