Izumi Reina

So I was just wondering, theoretichally (r.i.p spelling) would a full copper cpu cooler (i.e. intel stock cooler but full copper intstead) would provide much better temps?

The reason we have copper bases and aluminum fins is, one, for cost. Two, because while copper conducts heat better, it doesn't dissipate it into the air as well as aluminum.

No. Copper transfers heat better than Alu, but Alu dissipates heat faster than Copper. Which is why heatsinks are designed with a Copper base and Alu fins.
