6700k with Cryorig h7 cooler..

4.5GHz should be doable unless you get a dud of a 6700k. Higher than that will be up to Lady Luck.

What is the highest clock i could possibly get with this cooler guys? (while staying at a nice temp)

Depends on:

  1. Ambient temps.
  2. The rest of the system, including case and GPU.
  3. You luck. Silicon is brutal to some people.
  4. Your level of testing. "Gaming stable" is different than "fully stable".
  5. What you consider "a nice temp". Some people freak out over 70s, some (like) say you should aim at 83 max, some say even go above it.

Just go out there and find out your chip's hidden potential. No one here will be able to answer that question outside of yourself, and you can safely ignore any post that says otherwise.

Lets say nothing higher than 80 or close..and im just starting my first build..
