Help with over clock on fx6300

So I am new to over clocking but my first rig consists of a fx6300 black edition, asrock amd 970m pro3 mobo, Corsair aio h100i v2, evga 600watt psu, msi r7 370 gpu and 16gb ram. I has played around with amd over drive software and used the auto tune and it went up to 3.8 at 1.1625 volts I then took my multiplier up to 20x with have me 4.0 ran some stability and seems ok at 1.1625 I would really like to go highe and I think I can with the cooler I have. I'd like to be at 4.5 minimum but would love 4.8-5.0 if possible safely. Any help would be great. Also what program to use for temp monitoring? I have the corsair link but not sure how accurate or helpful it is. Thanks
