Front panel audio jack..

I've used my computer for.. maybe a little over a month, and ALREADY my front audio jack isn't reading my head phones, unless I put it in that "sweet spot". Is there an easy way I can fix this problem?

My Storm Scout audio jack was crap. There's not much you can do.

Take it apart if you can and see what the issue is.

You could try swapping out the front panel after you check the hd audio connector on the inside of the case or if it is too hard to swap out go for a 5 and a quarter inch bay front panel

Bogus. It's like the port is bent or something.. only reading when the 3.5'' jack is slightly pushed to the left. I'm not exactly sure how the wiring is done, but maybe it's just a bad wiring job? Guess no one would really know until I took the thing apart.

Front panel audio is usually built poorly, though mine hasn't broken yet after a year of use.

You could always use the port on your motherboard.

Antec 1100 victim over here...

My "sweet spot" is with the jack 1/3 connected facing downward.

I just use USB now...

Bad luck there. You can always use mobos I/O connector or get some extension cables or switcher.
