What is a good Wall mount for monitors?

I'm looking for good wall mount hardware with a rotating arm, longer the better for my triple monitor setup.

Are there any better options than  this:  for the price, I'd have to buy three of them.

(current thoughts are to buy three of these:  VideoSecu link

 

What I want in one:

  • An arm, longer the better but at least 18+"
  • Sturdy of course
  • Fit on a single stud in the wall, (unless its for all three, I'll adjust if needed.)
  • be able to move, as per an arm for example
  • I'd like, but don't need it to rotate to say, portrait mode.
  • VESA compatible

I'd also like to ask anyone using such a setup what their challenges and experiences are with wall mounting monitors.
