Need help picking an SSD

I plan to use this for running my OS as well as storage for steam games.

For the same price, you can get a SanDisk SSD Plus or Crucial BX200 240GB drives. I'd go for one of those.

I typically only have the current game I'm playing installed, maybe 2-3. So not much.

TLC NAND is the devil. I use "old" Micron M500s, 240GB, bought from Micro Center for $61 each (they're on Amazon for about that price) to keep MLC in the family. They're plenty fast for just about any gaming application, and given how cheap they are and how well they perform, I heartily recommend them.
