Program/game to help society?

What programs can make this world a better place?

I was thinking about this for the entire day (like programs for elders or games to educate children etc...)

A program for when a pop up comes up and say SCAM all over it. I am very passionate about stop these scammers as i phone them give them grief. I know there is adware programs but they are not 100% fullproof. They need something which picks up the phone number on the page then can block it and say SCAM.

i used to play a bunch of computer games that teaches you language or maths and what not when i was a kid, pretty sure these are all around now (in phones especially)

There are already addons for browsers and scripts for Greasy Monkey addon to do this. Unfortunately, only for USA (via database from usaphonescams).

well you making this post got me to fold (finally, been reluctant to fold for some reasons)
