Anyone hear of these little things?

You put them on your controller thumbsticks to get better grip.

Anyone tried them? and do they actually work?

Probably the same thing as Kontrol Freaks. I'd assume since it raises the thumbsticks it would be easier to control the angle.

 

Grip-its dont raise the thumbsticks, they just offer better grip over the "naked" thumbsticks on the 360 + ps3 controllers.

They work for what they are. Just gives a slightly larger surface area and can be used to cover a worn joystick
