Slow ssd speed

I need some assists in something. I have a samsung sm951 512gb on x99 deluxe and in crystaldisk mark i have read: 1560, write: 1591. The reading speed should be at least 500mb higher. Can i know why, or where is the problem ? I have OS on it also.
