Weird starting behavior

Ok So I build my computer in January and it has been running like a dream. However yesterday I was watching a youtube video and it the sound was strange like scattering. I restarted my computer and the bios first screen scatter and it took much longer to turn on my computer once I am on the windows starting screen it works normal again. What could cause that? is it fixable?

Yes at 4.4 but it has been stable since day 1 and temperature are low 55 top on load...

Anyone have any idea with my boot time increased suddenly? 

I run a malwarebyte scan and ccleaner but it did not do anything...
