+12V rail

On bios next to +12V it says 12,384.

Is that ok or not? I heard that volts must have max diferrence of 0,200v.

Should be fine. Your BIOS isn't going to be the most accurate measurement of that anyways.

Whats the max it should go? What are the safe ranges? 12V: +/-5% ? So 12.6 is the max?

And why mine is so high? I only got an external Fan Case with led connected to 4pin molex.

Also my PSU is Evga Supernova 650 G2

It goes down to 12,312 under full load.Aida Extreme monitoring.When idle its 12.384(The same within bios)
