You can try changing your default DNS server address to google's public DNS.

Press Windows + R, type ncpa.cpl and press enter.  Right click your NIC, and click Properties. Click IPv4 and click Properties.  Click Use the following DNS Server addresses and in the first box type 8.8.8.8 click OK and try again.
