So I've had two problems with my PC since getting it built. 1st was when starting it up every now and again when I would try and start core temp program it would freeze my whole PC so I deleted the program a few months ago and my PC has never froze since. So now I use hw monitor and I've noticed every now and again my PC won't shut down so I need to hit restart then shutdown. It says tast host manager still running or somthing like that when it won't shut down, so is there a fix for this ?

Uninstall HW monitor and see if that fixes the issue, if not try this: support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/975777
