New Build for Gaming + Software Developments

Hi,

 

Greeting from Belgium!, this is my first post.

Could you please help me build a powerful PC for Gaming and Software developments ( Multi applications at the same time)

1. I already selected i7 6700K cpu
2. Motherboard? First i went for Asus Delux, but it has many negative issues on newegg
   1. MB should have 2 NIC's
   2. Supports RAID 0
   3. Possible and easy to overclock
3. RAM i'm very confused with DDR4 (Speed vs CL) also if i want 32GB which is the best practice 2x16 or 4x8?  Any reference for good 32GB kit?
4. GPU, Shall i buy 980TI or should i wait for Pascal GPU?
5. Monitor: Many videos on youtube comparing 144Hz vs 4K, (i need 2 screens) what is your suggestion go for 4k or 144hz? what is a good 28-27 inch monitor?
6. Does a hardware exists that connects 2 or 3 PC's with one keyboard (replacing the software Synergy) since both PC are in different networks.
7. Storage, M.2 advice, brand and capacity? or should i use SSD? (PS i already have my Win 2012 server with all my files) so i was thinking of a couple of SSD on Raid 0 for daily use + M.2 for OS0.

I would try overclocking however i never done it

Budget is flexible, however, i can live with one GPU if possible (would like to play good framerate, one screen is enough for gaming) also i don't want just to own the most expensive items, so i will not just buy the most expensive, i want to buy items with features that i will use.
