Add or Remove Program

Hi since i have strong OCD i want the apps in the control panel to be in perfect number and order so i want to remove one but not actually uninstalling it 

i mean like after u reinstall windows but without formatting your storage drive and all of your apps are still there and accessible but does not appear in the add or remove program tab. i want to achieve something similar:)

Add or remove program is just list containing all installed things. You don't have to look at it all the time. Just when you need to uninstall something. And afaik only way to remove software from there is to uninstall.
