Hello everyone i dont know a lot when it come to computers and my i like playing PC games whats a great graphics card that i can run the latest games at 60+FPS on high or Ultra settings.At the moment i have a R9 270X which is struggling to play a lot of the latest games.but im stuck on where i go from a 270x do i leave AMD and go for a  Nvidia card i just dont know please help thank you.

What budget, what country, what's your display?

At this point anyways just wait until june for polaris/pascal

what cpu and how much ram do you have?

Wait 1-2 months for the 1080/1070 and R9 490/490X to be released so you can get a 14nm/16nm GPU that runs cooler, quieter and faster than anything on the market atm
