Picking between two cheap monitors, need help.

So, the BenQ DL2020 or the Dell E Series E1914HE?

 

From what the specs say, they both seem shitty but they are like around $70.

I just want one for playing my Xbox games as it makes more sense to buy a small, cheap monitor than a big, more expensive and cheap quality TV at this price range.

Neither of them have HDMI or composite/component so I'm not sure how you're going to hook an Xbox up to them.
