Networking Diagnostic Tool?

So basicaly ve been having alot of problems on my network with my computer specifically connecting to the modem. So i was wondering if there is any decent Network diagnostic tools oput htere that i can use to track what is coming in and out of my computer. 

 

No idea if the problems im having are being caused by my Firewall or Antivirus, But its a fresh install and there the only 2 things i have on the computer (besides chrome) that could be doing anything.

What soft of networking problems exactly? disconnections, dropped packets, speed, ect2...

Spose wasnt to specific, Mainly Disconnections to the Modem. Thou it has been slow lately but thats attributed to the fact that the provide is terrible. Im getting al ot of Unidentified network :l i get this even when im putting in the ipv4 adresses in correctly

Check your cable. Check your dns settings. Restart your modem.
