No post after bsod

So i was playing rocket league and in the middle of the game, i got bsod screen. So i restarted my computer, all fans were spinning, except the gpu fans, it just turns on and off, and no post

What i've tried to do :

- Reseat rams. No post. No beeps

- Remove 1 ram. No post no beeps

- Remove the other ram. No post no beeps

- Clear cmos. Still the same

- Reseat the gpu. Still the same

- Remove the gpu and use igp. Still the same

- Reseat all the connector

 

Specs :

- i5 4460

- HIS R9 380

- Corsair dominator 4x2 1600mhz

- Fsp hexa plus 500w

thats more of an issue, psu degrades over time

well to test my hypothesis, do you have other psu laying around?

Crucial thing is that it *was* working, and now seemingly isn't.

I'd recommend trying a new PSU to see whether your system runs with it.

Yes i have 1 crappy chinese psu laying around. Do i really need to try it? Actually this problem already happened few times and can be fixed by reseating the ram, but this time it doesnt work anymore. What i suspect is the ram modules or the motherboard are defected

well you already tried reseating the ram and tried both sticks, if you have more rams then please do try

 

what wattage and model is the chinese psu? if its above 400W then it should be fine to boot, but do not run games on it or it'll explode `-`

Nope i dont have anymore ram

It "says" 400 watt but i'll try anyway

just boot, do not run games on it

 

best to boot without gpu to try, im scared D:

 

but yea, if you do boot with your gpu plugged in, do not run games

Tried to boot with gpu, No post

without gpu, still no post

 

This is the bsod massage : "attempted execute of noexecute memory" Hopefully it helps
