What power supply should I get?

A 600W psu is enough even if you do add on a ssd boot drive in the future.

However if you plan to do sli, you'll need about a 800W psu

I don't think It'll have any upgrades since that build is kind of a bit much but I may or may not add an ssd in the the future, any suggestions on what 650W psu?

That really just comes down to which one is on sale and whether or not you care for a little bit of bling like Corsair GS that has a led inside the psu

Depends really on what your budget is. For about $100 you can get a Silverstone Strider Plus which is 100% modular.

Aside from that, I wouldn't bother with a WD Black. For $50 less you can get a Seagate Barracuda with near identical performance.

What's your overall budget for this, what is your aim and do you need perihperals including an OS and monitors?

I think so far the budget is about ~$1200 but thanks for the idea of changing to a Seagate Barracuda.

I also recommend swapping out the Corsair 200R for a Bitfenix Shinobi which is a much better looking windowed case at the exact same price

I did not realize that I needed to get low profile vengeance ram so I have to return the current one and get the low profile.
