Soo.... Most of the time VSync DOES cut it if your PC isn't a pile of crap, and even then, I don't think the OP is going to go and drop 300+ dollars on a GSync or FreeSync monitor just to fix a little screen tearing.

Well idk what kind of rig he has. He could have a monster pc or a $75 lenovo notebook. Who knows

Say the dude rocking 2 980Ti's. Jk, I wouldn't call the 960 a good card either since I got a R9 290 at the same price point.
