2 webcams on one PC

Hey

Can somebody please tell me how to get 2 webcams to work on one PC? I have a Microsoft Life Studio 1080p webcam and a Logitech C920 1080p webcam. Obviously if only one is plugged in there are no issues, however if I plug the second in then issues arise. I would like to be able to use one webcam for Omegle/Chatroulette and the other to record for my YouTube but they both just crash and it can even mess up my headphones which aren't even in the rear USB port. This is driving me nuts.

I didn't specify so my bad but I need to use them at the same time. One needs to record me on Omegle and the other needs to record me as I'm doing Omegle because I'll use the recording for the video because it's less choppy than the Omegle camera and it'll be the same recording, just from a slightly different angle.
