Learning Japanese

As a bilingual guy, I already know Italian (born and lived in Italy) and English (my máthair is Irish). I would like to learn Japanese, I find it really curious and beautiful (talkin' about hiragana and kanjis).

 

Any advice on how to do this? No courses or stuff like that, I don't have the cash for it.

(I already found a book: "A guide to learning Hiragana & Katakana" by Kenneth G and Tetsuo Takagaki. What do you think about it?)

watch a ton of anime with sub, not dub

and soon you'll be able to watch them without subs, by then you should be able to understand jap slightly

Find some to talk with.  That helped me the most.

 

Get a job teaching English there haha.
